What was your favorite Zephyr trip and why?
Each trip I have done is so unique that I don't have a favorite! I loved them all.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Pretty much anything and everything outdoors. I mountain bike, road bike, hike, downhill and cross-country ski. My two-year daughter joins me for most activities. She'll be skiing this winter - although she may end up being a dancer!
They enjoy their boys nights without Mom telling them what to do. The dog really misses me though. I have to buy the skates first so that is on my list of to do items. I was watching The Dog Whisperer the other day and checking out his skates. Have you seen those? Why would people choose those over more typical skates?
Hey Sonya,
I decided just to do the November 1st Half and not the 22nd. It's just too much for one month b/c I'll be traveling too. It was great meeting you on the trip! Hope to see you again for another tour!
It was good to meet you as well. Always nice to actually meet people in person after exchanging e-mails for so long.
Yes, I may end up having all of the trips before the end of next summer. I've got some time free and will try to fit in as many skating trips as I can next year - unless I need to find a job before then.
The Camelbak was OK, but too difficult to refill or take off. I'm thinking of not using it in future.

Hi Sonya, we have been traveling and will be off again right after Thanksgiving. After that - skate shopping in earnest. Regards, Trevor

The road rash on my face healed quickly. The chipped tooth may die eventually. Only time will tell. An old back injury was aggravated but some upper body exercise got that back under control. I see my dentist tomorrow to check out my bite and to decide when my permanent crown can be put back on. I had an implant put in a year and a half ago to replace a tooth I broke when I was 18 years old. So I will be fine. Just out some cash but it could have been worse. I am now wearing a mouth guard when I skate and have order a BMX helmet that covers the jaw. I should have by Friday. I will post a picture once I get it.
I can't believe you only have two friends on this site! You need to do what Devon and I are doing - sit down with Kris and put your computers back to back as you skim through the members. Pretty fun!

Take care and see you on a future trip.
