JULY SPECIAL
Join us on a brand-new adventure in Peru, as we follow the “original” Inca Trail (also known as the Royal Inca Trail) to Machu Picchu. If you’ve ever considered trekking the Inca Trail but were concerned about your ability, this is the trek for you! This route is much easier than the Classic Inca Trail Trek because it follows the Urubamba River and avoids the intense climbs, the steep descents and the altitude issues altogether! We average only 8 – 10 kilometers per day and some of the campsites on this route even have (cold) showers, which is nice after a day of hiking (and something that the Classic route doesn’t have). What’s even better is that we have the trail mostly to ourselves because the masses are on the Classic Trail! As a Zephyr Alumnus, you can book our
October 10 – 18 Peru Trekking Adventure this month and we’ll pay for an extra night of lodging and a Spanish class in Lima prior to our tour.
